Only smart people keep things simple

Having the wrong leaders will eventually kill your business.

When we consider the IT used in the workplace today, we think about time saved, reduced travel, speed of response, and business efficiency.

We don’t dwell on the technology, because it’s not about the technology, it never was - it’s about what that technology can do for us.

So why do so many people always dive into the technical detail?

High performers are the bridge between the technology and the needs of the customer. They open up the opportunities because they build relationships with decision-makers and talk business sense.

They possess a blend of empathy, communication skills, and foresight that only a few have … some call it emotional intelligence, something you just can’t buy.
