A Mystical land...
A while back I saw an image that made me chuckle. It was made to look like a page from the dictionary and it said…
“Tomorrow (noun) a mystical land where 99% of all human productivity, motivation, and achievement is stored”
It reminded me of that classic procrastination we all do, myself included.
It also reminded me of a lot of the business owners I talk to on a regular basis.
The ones that are short on headcount but never make time to sit and look through the pile of CV’s to actually find someone new.
They know they need to do it…
They know what will happen if they don’t.
(They won’t hit budget and there will be an inevitable strain on the business.)
And they know what will happen if they do.
(They’ll find someone to join their team, which will make a big change to their business and add a whole lot of value.)
