How to find, interview and recruit the top 1%

I have written a list of key points on how to find, interview and recruit the top 1% of C-level Executives and Directors in the Technology space with a proven track record, I thought you might find it useful…

  1. Research the entire market to find everyone currently capable of filling the position
  2. Narrow it down to the top 20-30 candidates with a proven track record of results. (Hint: Real top performers are very rarely actively looking so you won’t find them on job boards)
  3. Reach out to those 20-30 discreetly and find out which of those might be interested in a new opportunity with your company. Make sure you’re being very careful not to let your competitors know your plans. Remember real top performers will be highly sought after so you need to sell the idea of working for you above anyone else in the market if you want them to take you seriously.
  4. Arrange interviews for the top 4 to 6 from the list who meet your criteria perfectly.
  5. Interview the candidates. (Hint: Be careful not to hire someone just because they interview well, there’s more to it than asking the right questions)
  6. Make the top candidate an offer, negotiate salary, etc (Hint: You need to do this right otherwise you repel the candidate straight into the arms of one of your competitors)
  7. Successfully onboard the new starter so they hit the ground running and start getting you results ASAP. Sounds simple. But it’s not easy, because if you get any one of these steps wrong and you end up hiring underperformer after underperformer… There is an easier solution though… Let me do it for you… Click below to get started… Click here https://www.appointmentcore.com/app/freeslots/WN6PLh
