Repeat after me … Hiring managers are still hiring.
It’s a fact.
You can choose to believe they’re not, cover your eyes and wait for all of this to be over. But in actual fact, the time to hire IS NOW.
We have entered a new age…
Hiring managers are carrying out video interviews and making offers off the back of them.
It’s a new way of hiring. And I’m sure after this has blown over it will be the new norm going forward for many companies too.
Many of us knew the time would come where technology would take over and interviews would be done virtually, it’s just come sooner than expected.
With isolation and lockdown in full swing, Hiring managers have had no choice but to go down this new path.
