Change the pattern
The one thing all business owners need to be thinking about right now is how to recession-proof their business.
Arguably it’s more important than trying to grow and scale right now, despite the opportunity that is undoubtedly there.
Because can you access that opportunity if you don’t know what choices are the best for your business right now?
Many business owners in the Technology sector I speak to don’t make the best choices inside of their business. Instead, they make decisions based on their ego and they believe that what is, will always be.

Here are 4 KEY areas you must think about when changing the way you show up and make decisions for your business.
Finances: Know your finances inside out. Know how to maximise every pound/dollar whilst still allowing for the highest profitability you’ve ever experienced.
Strategy/ Plan: Have a plan in place, and stick to it. Knowing exactly what you need to do and how to do it in the next 90 days is critical to your success.
Growth Systems: Yes we are in a new era but we still have to push forwards. Make sure you aren’t coming to a standstill. Follow strategic growth systems to give your business the best chance of success.
Mindset: Don’t fall into the trap of spreading and believing it’s all ‘doom and gloom.’ Your team and your loved ones will be looking to you for guidance if they cannot see a way out of this. Be the person to show them.
