Bad Diets and Wrong Hires
The other day I read an article about health and fitness and one of the things that stood out to me was the phrase…
“You can’t out train a bad diet.”
Meaning no matter how much you hit the gym. No matter how many miles you rack up on the treadmill. No matter heavy the weights are that you lift. No matter how many classes you take or PT sessions you do, if your diet is crap you will NOT be healthy.
And you won’t see results.
You can’t honestly expect to do a hard 90 minute session, leave the gym and grab a KFC bucket and fizzy drink each week and expect to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in a month.
Well, it’s the same with making a wrong hire.
A wrong hire can’t be fixed.
No matter who delivers the training, no matter how it’s delivered. If you make a rubbish hire you are not going to start seeing phenomenal results in your business.
It just isn’t going to happen.
