But when the time comes to do it - the average Technology business owner is going to learn by trial and error…

The business owner is fed up of making up for the skill shortage in their team all day every day.

They finally decide, it’s time to hire a Senior sales executive, Director or a C level professional.

They go into a recruiting frenzy when they need someone to start right now.

So they reach out to their network…

Try to use all their connections…

Then, they get tons of average CV’s…

Their inbox is flooded.

They’re overwhelmed.

So they’ll talk to maybe 4 or 5 - because they can’t possibly talk to them all…

And quickly hire a candidate.
