I’ve taken three days out of the business, for self development, to learn some new skills and techniques to make the business more effective and efficient.
At first I felt I was too busy, it was too expensive and I shouldn’t do it.
Reality is the impact and leanings will mean I am better at what I do, will get better results be more impactful and the business can push forward.
It’s really important to keep learning and moving forwards, looking forward to getting back to the office!
