Last week I sent out an email with a typo. Not a small typo either. The type you look at and think “How on earth did I miss that?” We all make mistakes. Luckily for me, my mistake won’t cost me anything. Maybe a few people on my list will be picking up on it and mention it to me. But apart from that, It’ll be ok. The same can’t be said for Hiring Managers who make the wrong hire. Whoah! I know right, big mistake.
